Acclaimed throughout North America and internationally as much for her corporate expertise as for her power and energy as a speaker, Dr. Smye has distinguished herself in the fields of organizational psychology and organizational change for more than three decades. In addition to founding four businesses, Dr. Smye has served as president of the worldwide consulting division of a NYSE-listed company.
